 | VictoryaHome is an AAL project that has been running since the 1st of April 2013 and finishes on the 30th of September 2016. It’s objective is to support people in taking care of their elderly loved ones, improving people’s wellbeing, independence, health and safety and to bring peace of mind for all users; not only for older adults, but also for their families and the professional caregivers. This unique proposition builds a “network of care” that enables all caregivers, formal and informal, to optimize their combined resources and deliver care across a wide spectrum of use cases. |
