AAL Exhibition Award
This year, the AAL Forum is offering exhibitors the chance to win the prestigious AAL Exhibition Award 2017 by promoting and reinforcing the commitment of involving and engaging end-users in the AAL community with their exhibitor stand.
This fun event is open to all registered exhibitors and will see them be put through their paces as they conduct a presentation, no longer than seven minutes in length, to four different groups of end-user organisations on how they are targeting the goal of end-user interest with their developments and products.
Presentations are going to be evaluated and marked by the end-users visiting the forum using an on-site questionnaire that will gather their thoughts on each exhibition stand, however, the complete evaluation method is yet to be released.
How this will run is that over the two days of the forum, end-user organisations will be divided into approximately four groups before being organised into four time slots spread over the morning and afternoons of both days. Each group will visit registered stands once and evaluate the presentations – so exhibitors, expect to present four times!
This is set to be an exciting event for exhibitors to promote their research and developments wholeheartedly, providing them with the opportunity to show off their successes – whilst adding a touch of friendly competitiveness to the two days of course.
For your chance to win not only regard amongst the AAL community from attaining end-user awareness, but also a FREE STAND at the AAL Forum 2018, you simply have to be a registered exhibitor to be automatically entered, and prepare a user-focused presentation.
If a stand does not wish the participate in the award, simply send an email to aalforum@ipn.pt with the subject, ‘Withdraw <#registration> to Stand Award 2017’.
Please note, a native speaking volunteer will be allocated to translate English to Portuguese if required.
